Chasing light
across the
world's edge

I am a photographer and nomad, drawn to the places where ordinary life meets something larger — a festival at the edge of a river, a ridge where the sky is too big to hold, a creature that has agreed, briefly, to be seen.

Nomadic Travellers began as a personal journal and grew into something I wanted to share: a record of years spent moving through the Indian subcontinent and beyond, looking for the photographs that could not be planned.

My work focuses on four themes that have stayed with me across every journey: Places — the architecture of the living and the ancient. Landscape — terrain at its most honest and uncompromising. Wildlife — encounters that require patience, silence, and a great deal of luck. People — faces and moments at the edge of the crowd.

The writing here is an attempt to explain what the photographs cannot — the cold before the light came, the waiting, the things that happened between frames.
